The entrees that have made Brown Bottle famous! Served in individual casserole dishes.

Manicotti –
Large tubes of pasta stuffed with your choice of seasoned beef, a blend of cheeses, or a combination. Baked in a thick tomato sauce

Spaghetti –
Fresh, steaming pasta with your choice of seasoned meat sauce or marinara tomato sauce.

Cannelloni –
Large tubes of pasta filled with your choice of three cheeses rolled with ham, ground beef and fresh spinach sautéed together in wine, or a combination. Baked in a creamy white sauce.

Fettuccine Alfedo –
Pasta cooked softly with a classic sauce comprised of melted butter, pure cream, and parmesan cheese.

Garlic Chicken –
Seasoned sliced chicken breast, pea pods, mushrooms, and sun-dried tomatoes sautéed in a garlic cream sauce, served with linguine.

Tilapia Parmesan –
This flaky fish topped with a buttery parmesan sauce touched with green onion and baked to a golden brown. Spaghetti marinara included.
